I recently used Cardinal to get me to a surgery, then to the doctor's office for a post-op visit, and then home. They provided excellent service and care from scheduling to transportation. Not that I want more surgery anytime soon, but if I do I'd contact Cardinal without hesitation. The driver was excellent!!

From the very beginning when you call to schedule transportation, the very nice lady that does the scheduling (sorry I can't remember her name) offers such compassion and attention to the details of what your loved one needs. The staff that pick my Daddy up from his cancer treatments at Duke are always on time and gracious to him. We would not be able to complete the cancer treatment without Cardinal's help. Very grateful to them 🙏🏻

I can not say enough about the fantastic customer service my family received with Cardinal Transport. We had to move my mother from Cary to Wilmington, which is no small feat due to her mobility issues. The scheduler, Marisa, was polite, professional, and responsive to all my questions. On the day of our trip, driver Joseph was friendly and early. He ensured my mom was secured in her wheelchair for travel. We were confident in Joseph’s driving skills, attention to safety, and his warm, helpful manner. I cannot recommend Cardinal Transport enough. They made a complicated move seem easy. During this season of life when my elderly mother needs wheelchair transportation, it was definitely a pleasure to have Cardinal Medical Transportation provide us their services. From Rufat's handling of our first trip reservation process last week to the actual trip to and from a doctor's appointment to the payments. Thank you very much!!! This experience was such a relief being I live far away. We will need to schedule another trip soon and will definitely go with them.

My mother was happy with the professional service provided! The transport vehicle was nice and clean and the driver was pleasant. The only hiccup was my failure to specify the time we needed to be picked up for our return trip when i made the reservation. However, the driver was very understanding and agreed to pick us up 3-1/2 hours after our drop off. This allowed us adequate time to attend to the business for which we contracted the service.

I have used Cardinal Medical Transportation twice and plan to continue. Their web page makes it easy to get an estimate and to schedule a ride. The driver, Miki Walker, was very patient and reassuring with my friend who has Alzheimer's and anxiety. The representatives at the 800 number were very helpful.

The driver Williamena was great. She was on time and we didn't have to wait for return pick up. She was kind hearted and patient with my 80 year old mother. Such a lovely soul. The van was very clean and well equipped for wheelchair safety. This is a GREAT company to choose if you are in need of reliable transportation.

I was in need of Urgent Bariatric Medical transportation that was reliable and punctual. On several occasions my current transporter caused me to miss three very important appointments and a lot of pain. I decided to hire a private pay medical transport. The first one I called, did not have a van to accommodate my wheelchair, so I missed that appointment. The next one had the right van and a timeslot, but. Wanted to charge me DOUBLE because I was a oversized wheelchair. So I googled for someone else on short notice. CARDINAL MEDICAL TRANSPORT answer the call and went above and beyond in courtesy, professionalism, punctuality and affordability. He did not charge me double and even gave a discount if I became a frequent flyer.
He arrived early and even helped my son replace the tire on the rim of my chair. Very polite and patient with a sincere desire to help. 'Robert' is a professional who gets the job done. He even waited for me overtime because the Dr ordered some special tests. His partner LeAnne brought me home safe and sound without issues.
I recommend this service and would give 10 stars if I could.

Easy reservations with flexibilty in arrangements and most critically the rides are on time for pickup and drop off. Clean new vehicles that can accommodate larger wheel chairs. Friendly and helpful drivers who seem to care about their passengers.
